Today was a little bit of a challenge. I wanted to wear a cardigan and I wanted to use a belt to accentuate my waistline but I wasn't sure which to use. I have always worn the cardigan above by itself but it actually works pretty well with the forever 21 shirt I have on under it. There are a couple of reasons I thought this cardigan worked well: 1. The neckline is great and since it's high it elongates my upper body; 2. The ruffles add an interesting detail to the outfit.
So, I didn't get any feedback on yesterday's challenge. Hopefully, I made better choices with this one. ;) I also put my photos on Chictopia and you always get feedback on their site. However, I'm a little older than the average chictopian so my style differs a bit from theirs. I keep getting comments like, "classy lady." Okay, classy lady sounds old, right? Don't get me wrong, I try to be classy but, lady. This lady is going to try to be a little more daring with her outfits.
Thanks April for assisting me once again with the photography. You know how to make me feel comfortable even when the poses feel so awkward.

Well, I love the comment Classy Lady. You have been placed in a very mature category... and I don't mean "you look old" . Your taste is incredible, but also so classy and so right. I hope you don't go so daring that Classy Lady doesn't fit anymore.
