DAY 25 - SAVED BY THE BELLS

Earrings-Frances Boutique, Shirt-F21, Sweater-Tulle, Jeans-Hudson, Purse-Perlina, Shoes-Michael Kors

I had a hard time choosing an outfit for day 25. I had a head wrap , skirt and sweater that I was set on wearing but then I saw some bell bottoms at Gap that I fell in love with. I remembered that I had some Hudson Bell bottoms I had bought last year but I couldn't remember where I put them (or who I gave them to). I went out to the garage and looked in a box and bam!, there they were. My Hudson Bells saved the day. I hugged them, kissed them and then smelled them (and quickly put them in the wash).  When I put 'em on I smiled and vowed to never abandon them again.

After I folded my bells neatly on the second shelf in my closet I ran downstairs to make a delicious treat for my sweetsie's birthday. I stirred up some brownie mix and put it in the waffle maker. 5 minutes later I took my brownie waffle and covered it with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and blueberries. It was seriously the best dessert I have ever made.

P.S. I'm ending theASOS giveaway a little early. Thanks to all that participated. Here is the lucky winner.

EAT DRINK CHIC

Last year Amy Moss with Eat Drink Chic was approached by The Cool Hunter to style some photos for a pitch to McDonalds for an upmarket pop-up restaurant for fashion week. The concept was to give McDonalds food a complete makeover and re-brand the fast food giant with an aesthetic suitable for a 5 star restaurant.  Amy designed packaging that incorporates familiar high-end fashion branding and worked with photographer Marija Ivkovic to create some wonderful shots!

Amy Moss has inspired me and now I want to have my own eat drink chic party.

MOUTHWATERING PARTY IDEA

Normally, when I think of grills and parties, I think of dudes and football.  But leave it to Her Highness, Martha Stewart, to break another stereotype: Did you see her grilled sandwich party idea? If not, check it out! This is one of the best party ideas I have seen in a while. I have got to host a party this month just so I can taste these delightful sandwiches.
