THE GREAT LESLIE

I grew up watching the old Hollywood classics and Tony Curtis was by far one of my favorites. One film I will never forget is The Amazing Race, starring Jack Lemon, Tony Curtis and Natalie Wood. Curtis plays The Great Leslie, a wealthy white suited showman who is competing with Professor Fate (Jack Lemon) in the 1908 cross-continental road race.  The movie is goofy and inflated but it's an epic comedy and one that I'll never forget. If you have Netflix, watch it "Instantly" this weekend! Hollywood lost a wonderful actor but, happily, he left us his movies.
