Generally, when someone tapes a handwritten sign to a light pole it's out of desperation and little thought goes into how it looks.  Then, when we pass by, our eyes purposefully ignore it because it
detracts from the beauty around us rather than adds to it.
Well, somebody actually decided to do something
about it. Cardon Copy  takes the vernacular of
self-distributed fliers and tear-offs we have all seen in our
neighborhoods and incorporates it into true art. It involves hijacking
these unconsidered fliers and redesigning them, overpowering their message
with a new visual language, then replacing the original with the redesign in
its authentic environment.   From trash to treasure and from eyesore to art
you could put in your home.
